Thank you for your interest in our membership program.  Currently, wheels are on back order; therefore, we are placing memberships on a slight hold. We hope to make memberships available within a month or two.  If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please send an email to: avelipottery@gmail.com and put “waitlist” on the subject line.  Once we are set up for memberships, we will email those on the waitlist in the order received.  

Here is how memberships work:

Members have 24-hour access to the studio.  We will have Brent wheels, a Brent extruder, a Shimpo slab roller and plenty of storage space.  Members will be assigned a locker for personal belongings.  The member studio is a separate studio from the teaching studio.  If classes are in session, it will not result in blackout times for members.  When classes are not in session, members are welcome to use the teaching studio as well.  The studio has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric water kettle.  We will keep a variety of glazes on hand.  The studio uses a white B mix clay.  Members will be able to participate in up to two yearly pottery sales free of commission. The membership fee is $200 per month.  There is no separate charge for clay.  There will be a firing fee of 7 cents per cubic inch.  Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a studio tour.
